We understand that returns are possible, that is why we are happy to accept your return for store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Should you have a return, our team are here to walk you through the process to make it easy.

1. You have 30 days of original shipment date to be eligible for store credit.

2. Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for store credit and will be refused or returned at client’s expense

3. ALL items, if eligible for return Must Not be worn, washed or damaged, it must be returned in its original form so it can be re-sold.

4. If you return an item and it appears to be worn, washed, damaged or other, you will not receive credit for your purchase.

5. There are no returns or exchange on body suit and swimsuit. Those items are final sale.

6. Please note, WEC does not offer refunds or exchanges: If you return an item due to an incorrect order or damaged upon arrival, please email us within 8 hours and we will get back to you providing you have shown us proof of your order.

7. A tracking number is necessary for every return, Failure to do so may result in WEC not being able to adjust/process our return.

8. Our main goal is to serve our clients with the best customer service, However, failure to abide with policy will ultimately void clients request.

9. Please keep in mind shipping and handling is not part of your store credit.
